services from us or for a Buyer purchasing holiday lettings, and/or goods/services
from the Advertiser. A contract will only come into being after we accept
an Advertiser's offer or after the Advertiser accepts the Buyer's offer.
The Advertiser will inform a Buyer if it cannot provide the holiday letting
on the stated dates or if it cannot provide the goods and / or services
because they are unavailable or that if there is likely to be a delay
in delivery of the goods/services. If the Buyer then wishes to make a
new order based on a longer delivery date or a different holiday date,
the Buyer may do this, but a contract will only come into being after
acceptance by the Advertiser.
Holiday
Properties Direct Limited is not the seller to Buyers, it merely advertises
holiday properties, goods and / or services on behalf of Advertisers.
Payment by Buyers is to be made direct to the Advertiser under a contract
with the Advertiser.
Holiday
Properties Direct Limited is the seller of advertising services to Advertisers
and payment by Advertisers is to be made direct to Holiday Properties
Direct Limited.
Any
order or acceptance by electronic means is deemed to be received only
when the party to whom it is addressed is able to access it in an intelligible
form (as defined in S.56 (3) of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers
Act 1998) and whether the recipient of the order or acceptance chooses
to access it is immaterial.
Viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other potentially destructive programmes
All visitors to the site assume full responsibility for the protection
of their computer system including computer hardware and software, stored
data on their computer system and the store data and computer systems
(including hardware and software of third parties who may access or be
otherwise connected to their computer system). They will assume the responsibility
