Lovely spacious villa with wonderful views to the sea at Lagos. The villa is surrounded by fig and almond trees and the garden has it's own automatic irrigation system which ensures that the lawn and shrubs always give plentiful colour. Funchal ridge is midway between Lagos and Praia da Luz.

Downstairs, the entrance hall leads into the dining room with French windows leading out onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped including dishwasher and microwave. On this level are three bedrooms. One is a twin bedroom with a bathrooms en-suite. The two further twin bedrooms share a full bathroom and there is a separate toilet. All bedrooms are fitted to a high standard and have fitted wardrobes.

Upstairs is the master twin bedroom with bathroom en-suite. The large comfortable living room has a wood burning fire for chilly evenings and satellite TV. Doors open onto the upstairs terrace which is perfect for enjoying the evening sunshine and stunning views.

The villa does have heating so is therefore suitable for winter letting.

Steps from the terrace lead to kidney shaped swimming pool and built in barbecue area. The pool can be heated by prior arrangement.
