Casa do Poco is a modern four bedroom detached, airy and spacious house situated on Monte Lemos, a modern development close to the village and beach of Praia da Luz. It has stunning views of Praia da Luz and the sea. This villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard with all modern appliances.

The accommodation comprises of: entrance hall which has a bathroom and to the left leads to the twin bedroom. To the right takes you up a few stairs to the large lounge/diner and open plan kitchen which is fully equipped for all your needs including washing machine and dishwasher. It also has french windows leading out onto a large balcony with views over Praia da Luz.

The lounge/diner is very spacious and has a fireplace, satellite television and a music system along with french doors leading onto the balcony.

Downstairs are the bedrooms. There are two twin rooms and one double with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a further full bathroom to be shared by the two twin rooms. All bedrooms downstairs have sliding doors, which lead out onto the terrace and swimming pool.

Outside the garden and pool area is enclosed by a low wall and includs a built in BBQ, water feature and newly landscaped garden.
