Quinta dos Ciprestes is quiet and secluded set amongst it's own orchards within an easy walk to the village of Sta Barbara that has a mini-market, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, pharmacy, post office and bank. The fabulous beaches and resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago are an easy drive away.

Quinta dos Ciprestes has in the main house two bedrooms, a full bathroom with separate toilet, and a guest's toilet with washbasin and cubicle shower. On the ground floor is the large sitting/dining room with raised dining area and a fully modernised farmhouse style kitchen.

Terrace doors to a small covered breakfast area with table and chairs. There are doors from the dining room to an outside barbecue area that leads to the private swimming pool. Over the courtyard there is an annex that has a twin bedroom, a full bathroom, sitting room and a kitchenette that has a fridge but no cooking facilities. Suitable perhaps for older children that want to be independent. Quinta dos Ciprestes is an older property full of charm and character that has been thoroughly modernized as a holiday home.
