The house is next to "The Old Course" golf course and also the "Golf Laguna" golf course Vilamoura.

Villa Reeves has five bedrooms, four bath/shower rooms, two sitting rooms, and an upper sitting room with split-level dining room. It has a well-equipped kitchen and private swimming pool.

The master double bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there are a further four twin bedrooms, two twins each with a full bathroom ensuite and a further two twins sharing a separate shower room.

The large sitting/dining room and three bedrooms are on the upper level and a further two bedrooms are on the lower level.

The upper sitting room has terrace doors to a covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs for outside dining leading to the private swimming pool and extensive lawns with pine trees for shade.

The house can be rented either as a three-bedroom house or a five-bedroom house depending on the period.
