How
do I check availability?
It is possible to check the availability
of some of our properties whilst you are on-line. These properties have
a link to an availability calendar. Please note that the calendars are
not a guarantee of availability - we will confirm this with you over the
telephone.
For properties which don't have this link either call us on 01604
770975 or complete our 'Check Availability'
form and we will either email or call you with the information you have
requested.

Do I need travel insurance?
The Form E111 is no longer valid. You should obtain a European
Health Insurance Card (EHIC) before leaving the UK. The EHIC is not a
substitute for medical and travel insurance, but entitles you to emergency
medical treatment on the same terms as Spanish nationals. You will not
be covered for medical repatriation, on-going medical treatment or treatment
of a non-urgent nature. For more information about how to obtain the EHIC
please see: Europe
and the EHIC
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and medical
insurance before travelling especially full “dangerous sports”
insurance cover (if appropriate). You should check any exclusions, and
that your policy covers you for all the activities you want to undertake.
More advice about travel insurance can be found on the Foreign Office
website: Travel
Insurance.
If things do go wrong when you are overseas, then this is What
The Foreign Office Can Do To Help.
We strongly recommend that all travellers to Portugal take out a comprehensive
travel insurance policy.
Compass in Portugal offer policies from 'Cover-More' which can be tailored
to clients requirements. Call 01604 770975 for a no-obligation
quotation.

How can I get to the Resort?
Compass can organise a meet and greet service from Faro Airport. In fact
you can choose this or car hire and we will arrange it for you. Remember
that transfers or a Group A hire car are included in the accommodation
price. To upgrade your car just call us on 01604 770975.
What if I experience a
problem with my accommodation?
All our clients are provided with the contact details for the local agent
for their specific property. We hope that you have a great time but should
you require assistance we suggest you call our agent straight away so
that they can put things right whilst all you have to do is enjoy your
stay.
