All clients are met in the airport hallway at Faro, Oporto and Lisbon by professional and friendly representatives. At Faro, clients are escorted to their car which is located just a few meres away from the arrivals and departures halls in the airport car park.

Each client is guided through the car rental formalities and then shown how their particular car operates. Written information is also provided about the rules of the road in Portugal.

All clients are provided with a 24 hour telephone service number guaranteeing round the clock support, no matter what the problem.
